By accessing blackplots.com or using Blackplots services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the rules shown in booking, party, session, ticket, admin/DM, and payment flows.

If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using Blackplots.

Blackplots provides party-first booking, direct sessions, custom campaigns, scheduled case slots, ticket inventory, QR check-in, ticket transfer, public detective profiles, loyalty ranking, follow/follower features, and DM/admin operations.

Some features require LINE or Google login, some require DM/Admin permission, and some parties/sessions may require a password or invitation link.

You must use your own account, must not impersonate others, must not use accounts for fraud, and are responsible for activity under your session.

You must keep transfer links, party passwords, session passwords, QR tickets, and account access secure. Contact Blackplots immediately if you suspect misuse.

You may control privacy settings for public profile, social links, follower/following data, and history from profile/edit, but some information is required for booking, payment, or game operations.

party-first booking is the main flow: users create or join a party, bind seats, pay, send a schedule request, and wait for DM/Admin approval before a session and tickets are created.

direct sessions may let users bind seats first, then a DM/Admin marks the session READY to issue tickets according to that session's rules.

custom campaigns let users set a campaign title, seat count, and hours within allowed system limits. Pricing and terms may be configured by an admin.

DM/Admin users may manage sessions, rooms, schedules, DM assignments, blocked/walk-in seats, check-in, request approval, and operational actions according to their role.

Blackplots ใช้ Stripe Checkout สำหรับ card และ PromptPay/Thai QR payment เมื่อ Stripe รองรับ ผู้ใช้ต้องตรวจสอบข้อมูล ราคา seat จำนวน seat party/session และ receipt email ก่อนชำระเงิน

การชำระเงินสำเร็จจะถูกยืนยันผ่าน Stripe webhook หรือ verification flow ของ Blackplots หาก provider มีปัญหา การแสดงผล ticket/seat อาจล่าช้าและต้องตรวจสอบโดย admin

หากผู้ใช้เลือกไม่รับ receipt email ส่วนตัว Blackplots อาจใช้อีเมลร้านเพื่อให้ checkout ดำเนินต่อได้ และผู้ใช้อาจเปิด receipt link จาก Blackplots หลังชำระเงินสำเร็จเมื่อ Stripe ให้ข้อมูล

Blackplots uses Stripe Checkout for cards and PromptPay/Thai QR payment where supported by Stripe. Users must review price, seat count, party/session details, and receipt email before payment.

Successful payments are confirmed through Stripe webhooks or Blackplots verification flows. If a provider has issues, ticket/seat display may be delayed and require admin review.

If a user does not request a personal receipt email, Blackplots may use the shop email so checkout can continue, and the user may open a receipt link from Blackplots after successful payment when Stripe provides one.

Payments are non-refundable by default. Blackplots payments are not automatically refundable unless Blackplots/Admin approves an exception case by case or applicable law requires it.

Changing your mind, arriving late, not reading party/session details, sending a transfer link to the wrong person, or being unable to access your own LINE/Google/Stripe account may not qualify for a refund.

If an issue is caused by Blackplots systems, a payment provider, DM/Admin scheduling, or another necessary reason, Blackplots may consider a fix, transfer, reschedule, credit, or refund at its discretion based on available evidence.

A ticket appears in Case Inventory when a booking is confirmed according to that party/session flow. Tickets may include a QR code, seat number, character/role, session time, room, LINE Group, and check-in status.

ticket transfer is available only for tickets the system allows, such as non-DM tickets that are not checked in, not claimed in certain cases, and not locked history transfers.

The recipient of a transfer link must log in to receive the ticket. After acceptance, ticket rights move to the recipient, and the Google Calendar event may move with the ticket owner if users connected Google Calendar.

QR check-in is used to confirm attendance with a DM/Admin. Do not forge QR codes, reuse QR codes without permission, or forward QR codes after check-in.

Blackplots ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อ outage, rejection, verification delay, policy enforcement หรือ account limitation ของ third-party providers แต่จะพยายามช่วยตรวจสอบเมื่อเกี่ยวข้องกับบริการของ Blackplots

Google Calendar sync is optional and must be connected by the user. Blackplots creates, updates, or deletes only calendar events related to Blackplots bookings/tickets.

LINE login, Google OAuth, Stripe, PromptPay/card networks, Cloudflare, hosting/database providers, and other service providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. You must also follow those providers' terms.

Blackplots is not responsible for outages, rejections, verification delays, policy enforcement, or account limitations from third-party providers, but will try to help investigate where they affect Blackplots services.

Do not engage in abuse, harassment, spam, fraud, payment manipulation, unauthorized scraping, credential sharing, unauthorized admin/agent access, bypassing role checks, bypassing party/session passwords, or disrupting players/DMs/Admins.

Do not upload or submit illegal content, content that violates others' rights, or anything that harms Blackplots systems or third-party providers.

Blackplots may suspend accounts, remove certain data, cancel bookings/tickets, or refuse service if violations occur.

Blackplots is provided as available. We do not guarantee that the service will be free of errors, downtime, data delays, payment delays, calendar sync failures, or third-party provider issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackplots is not liable for indirect, special, consequential damages, lost profit, or lost opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the service.

This limitation does not remove any rights that applicable law requires users to have.
